The compound crusher, also known as vertical compound crusher or vertical composite crusher, is a fine crushing equipment without grating bars that is commonly used in crushing production lines and sand production lines. This equipment is designed based on the principle of incrementally increasing and classifying the input energy of materials. It consists of the main cover, rotor part, cylinder part, chassis part, feeding hopper, discharge hopper, motor transmission part, and other components. It is suitable for the fine crushing processing of various solvent raw materials in the steel and metallurgical industry, as well as the crushing processing of various medium-hard rocks and minerals in other fields such as construction, building materials, and chemical industry. It is also suitable for the crushing operation of raw materials and clinker in cement plants, making it an ideal fine crushing equipment for cement plant technological transformation and cement production line construction.
The working principle of the compound crusher is that when the material falls into the crushing cavity, it is first thrown by the throwing disc at high speed towards the counterattack plate, and then it falls into the gap between the hammer heads and the counterattack plate, where it is subjected to impact, compression, grinding, and other crushing forces from the hammer heads. The material gradually reduces in size and is finally crushed into small particles and discharged from the crusher.

The compound crusher uses high-hardness and high-toughness multi-alloy wear-resistant hammer heads and lining plates, which are resistant to wear and impact, thus ensuring a longer service life. The gap between the hammer heads and the counterattack plate can be adjusted to ensure uniform product granularity, greatly improving the utilization rate of the hammer heads. The throwing ribs and throwing lining plates are distributed in a circular and intersecting manner. After the throwing ribs are worn, they can be used as throwing lining plates, increasing material utilization and reducing operating costs.
High temperature resistance:
It can crush materials with temperatures below 150°C and has high-temperature resistant bearings and lubricating grease with a temperature resistance above 260°C.
