Production Process

The basic working principle of the production line is: materials are fed into the silo in a centralized manner, and then undergo three levels of crushing through the crushing and sand making equipment. During this period, they are connected to the vibrating screen through a conveyor, and different specifications of stone products and machine-made sand are screened out through the vibrating screen. In order to protect the environment, corresponding dust removal equipment can be configured to achieve clean production.

The crushing system of this production line is divided into three stages of crushing.
