The thin oil station is the heart of the thin oil circulation lubrication system, and its function is to force the lubricating oil to the friction parts of the machine. Thin oil station is mainly used in the dynamic and static pressure of metallurgy, mining, cement and other mechanical equipment or in the centralized lubrication system of sliding bearings.
When working, the oil is sucked out from the oil tank by the gear pump, and is directly sent to the lubrication part of the equipment through the one-way valve, double-cylinder mesh oil filter, and tube-type oil cooler, so that the relative moving parts are lubricated and brought with it. The metal particles worn during movement pass through the magnetic filter to remove magnetic iron filings and abrasives, and then return to the oil tank to form a thin oil circulation lubrication system. According to the requirements of the lubricating part, the operating pressure is determined by adjusting the safety valve. When the working pressure of the oil station exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open and the excess oil will flow back to the tank.
