Features of the Production Line
The Dry Method steel slag recycling process eliminates the need for excessive water consumption. By employing crushing, roller milling, and magnetic separation, the steel slag is transformed into two grades of steel scraps with a 55% Fe content through autogenous grinding. The iron content in the -5~10mm tailing steel slag is below 2%. After sedimentation treatment, the slag can be utilized as dry slag mortar or used in cement production, as well as for manufacturing steel slag micro powder.
Our company has successfully provided complete steel slag production lines to renowned enterprises, including Baosteel (500,000 t/a), Shaanxi Longmen Steel (1,000,000 t/a), HBIS Group (1,500,000 t/a), and Tianjin Iron & Steel Group (1,500,000 t/a), as well as overseas companies in Korea, Japan, Malaysia, India, and other countries.
