Workflow of the Granite Processing and Crushing Production Line
Crushing Process for High-Hardness Materials:
Large blocks of granite are loaded by a loader into the storage bin, from which they are evenly fed into a jaw crusher for primary crushing via a vibrating feeder at the bottom of the bin. The crushed material is then transported by a belt conveyor to a cone crusher for secondary crushing. After this, the finely crushed stones are sent to a vibrating screen for classification. Materials that do not meet the required particle size are returned to the cone crusher for further crushing via the belt conveyor. The stones that meet the size specifications are then conveyed to a vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping. The shaped stones are subsequently sent to a vibrating screen for further screening, where different particle sizes are separated and conveyed to the finished product pile.
Crushing Process for Low-Hardness Materials:
For low-hardness materials, the primary crushing is still performed using a jaw crusher, but the secondary crushing is carried out solely with an impact crusher, eliminating the need for a vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping.
