Introduction to the Jaw Crusher and Precautions for Use
Jaw Crusher Introduction:
The jaw crusher is a commonly used crushing equipment in the mining and construction industries. It is mainly used for the primary crushing of various materials with medium hardness. The jaw crusher has a simple structure, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. It is widely used in various fields such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy, and chemical industry.
The working principle of the jaw crusher is as follows: the motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw becomes larger, and the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. At this time, the material is crushed or split by the compression force between the two jaws. When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the toggle plate and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw moves away from the fixed jaw under the action of the pull rod and the spring. The crushed material is discharged from the discharge port.
Precautions for Use:
Before starting the jaw crusher, it is necessary to check whether the lubrication device and cooling system are working properly. Check whether the transmission belt is tight and whether there are any foreign matters in the crushing cavity.
During the operation of the jaw crusher, it is necessary to feed the material evenly and avoid excessive feeding to prevent the equipment from being overloaded. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid the entry of iron and other hard materials that cannot be crushed to prevent damage to the equipment.
Regular maintenance and inspection should be carried out for the jaw crusher. Check the wear condition of the vulnerable parts such as the moving jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, and toggle plate, and replace them in time. Check the tightness of the bolts and replace the lubricating oil regularly.
When the jaw crusher is running, it is forbidden to enter the crushing chamber to observe the work and clean the equipment. If it is necessary to repair the machine, it must be stopped and cut off from the power supply.
