How to configure and select a concrete crushing production line?

Investing in a concrete crushing production line requires equipment configuration. The production line can be summarized as feeding, crushing, screening, and storage. The primary equipment for initial crushing is typically a jaw crusher or hammer crusher, which can effectively break large stones into medium or small sizes. The secondary equipment for fine crushing usually includes cone crushers, impact crushers, or impactors. The choice of equipment depends on factors such as the soil content, hardness, and abrasiveness of the raw materials. In the concrete aggregate industry, the following four crusher options are recommended:

Jaw crusher + impact crusher: Reliable, high product yield, good particle shape (uniform and cubic), suitable for concrete aggregate used in highways and railways.

Jaw crusher + cone crusher + vertical impact crusher (shaping machine): Multiple equipment, larger investment, suitable for crushing materials with higher hardness and abrasiveness.

Hammer crusher + impact crusher: One-step crushing of materials, with some materials returning to the impact crusher, cost-effective. However, it may result in lower product yield for larger aggregates, more fines, and slightly lower compressive strength.

Mobile crushing station: Integrated equipment installation, eliminating the complexities of separate components and site infrastructure. It offers stable performance, easy maintenance, and flexible configuration.
